A stand-up interactive class where you’ll learn to prepare the perfect autumn BBQ, marinating succulent meats and creating classic and contemporary salads, before enjoying them with paired wines.  Based at small stand-up stations in Hilton on the Park's custom-built Epicurean Kitchen Theatre, the hotel's executive chef, Heshan Peiris, and his team will prepare each dish for you to experience on the night, served with paired wines.

Your goodie bag will comprise the food you've marinated and prepared during the class, so you can enjoy them all over again at home

Hosted by Hilton's Executive Chef Philippe Perrey and the hotel sommelier Toby Um, Sotano Wine + Tapas will feature a showdown between Spain and Victoria.

Spanish wine vs Victorian wine. Spanish cheese vs Victorian cheese. Spanish cured meat vs Victorian cured meat. Who will be the winner? This educational program will allow you to sip and sample a selection of the best produce from both Spain and Victoria.
